Zimbabwe Council for the Blind as a whole, would like to congratulate Norton Eye Unit team led by Dr Ute Dibb for a tremendous job well done this 2023.
From a humble 246 surgeries in 2013 to a staggering 2,507 surgeries in 2023. The team surpassed their target by a huge margin. As we prepare for 2024, we know the team will thrive to perform even more surgeries, with the aim of eliminating avoidable blindness.
